Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
The Test Of English as a Foreign Language (or TOEFL, pronounced "toe-full", or sometimes just "toffle") evaluates the potential success of an individual to use and understand Standard American English at a college level. This is required for non-native applicants at many American and English-speaking colleges and universities. That's why each year, hundreds of thousands of international students come to the US to pursue their academic studies. Because their English is nonnative language, these students are required to demonstrate competency in listening, grammar, reading, and writing by taking the TOEFL test.
TOEFL score is valid for 2 years, and then is deleted from the official database.
The TOEFL was first administered 1964 and has since been taken by nearly 20 million students. It is administered worldwide by Educational Testing Service (ETS).
Students must improve their English language skills to achieve a higher score on the TOEFL. The CESL intensive English program helps students improve all their English language skills for the TOEFL.

World Cup Soccer History
Football World Cup or the official name: FIFA World Cup, first coined the first time on 26 May 1928 in Amsterdam, the FIFA congress is decided that the tournament can be followed by all members of FIFA to be held. A year later in Barcelona, it was decided that Uruguay, the Olympic champion and the golden era, will host the first World Cup as well as to commemorate their 100th independence a year earlier. Actually the World Cup is not an international football tournament that first, because since 1908, football has become part of the Olympics. However, the Olympic Games should only be followed by amateur players, And the first World Cup held in Uruguay and lasted from 13 to 30 July 1930. Uruguay was appointed to host the Olympic champion because of his achievements in 1924 and 1928. The first World Cup was only attended by 13 countries, 4 countries from Europe and 9 countries from the Americas. The lack of participants from European countries caused by the long journey that must be taken to reach the American continent. In this inaugural World Cup host Uruguay came out as champion, after defeating Argentina's squad with a score of 4-2 in the final round. And this makes Uruguay the first country entitled to the World Cup trophy. the Jules Rimet trophy CUP
During World War II championship was suspended for over 12 years, starting back in 1950 in Brazil. Jules Rimet Cup was stolen while on display in Stampex Exhibition at Westminster Central Hall, London as menjelangnya 1966 World Cup in England, but he was found 7 days later by a dog named Pickles. In 1970 in Mexico, Brazil FIFA has decided to keep Jules Rimet Cup for being the first state champion 3 times, 1958, 1962 and 1970. Parent body FIFA later create a new world cup using 18 carat gold, 36 cm tall and weigh 4.97 kilograms and was designed by renowned Italian artist Silvio Gazzaniaga and use that now. FIFA set the only state leader and World Cup winners are allowed to touch the cup. Gold-plated replica of the trophy which will be provided for storage by the winner. Promotion of the 2006 World Cup Argentina, Germany (the second time as West Germany), and Brazil have each won a second trophy twice. Even though so trophy which is currently still not be "retired" to his name plaque has been fully loaded with the names of winning nations, which will occur in 2038. Brazil is clearly the most successful team in World Cup after a five-time overall champion and twice came in second place while Italy is below the four-time champion and twice in second place. Germany, a three-time champion and four-time champion of the second, is the third most successful team. Argentina and Uruguay each of the two-time world champions Uruguay victory despite going on a long-term, in the early years of the championship.

SEJARAH PIALA DUNIA SEPAK BOLA
Piala Dunia Sepak Bola atau nama resmi: Piala Dunia FIFA ,pertama dicetuskan pertama kali pada tanggal 26 mei 1928 di Amsterdam, dalam kongres FIFA tersebut diputuskan bahwa turnamen yang dapat diikuti oleh semua anggota FIFA harus dilangsungkan. Setahun kemudian di Barcelona, diputuskan bahwa Uruguay, juara olimpiade dan dalam era keemasannya, akan menjadi tuan rumah Piala Dunia yang pertama sekaligus untuk memperingati 100 kemerdekaan mereka setahun sebelumnya.Sebenarnya Piala Dunia bukan merupakan turnamen sepak bola internasional yang pertama, karena sejak tahun 1908, sepak bola sudah menjadi bagian dari Olympiade. Hanya saja, Olympiade ini hanya boleh diikuti oleh pemain amatir ,
